    • Gerald Habib served as a Director of Besicorp Group, an AMEX listed independent energy company. During his six year tenure, Gerald was an independent director and chairman of the Compensation Committee and played a key advisory role in Besicorp's going private and other major transactions and decisions as well as significant litigation matters.

    • For several years (until it was sold to Chemcraft), Gerald Habib served as a Director of Polymer Solutions, Inc., a coatings/adhesive company. This company which owned AMT, a fast growing California-based water based coatings and adhesives company, was listed on the Vancouver Stock exchange as well as the OTC bulletin board. Gerald also served as a member of the executive committee and the audit committee.

    • For several years, until it’s eventual asset sales and monetization, Gerald was a Director of Trans-Cycle Industries, Inc. and TCI, Inc. companies in the U.S. and Canada. This privately held environmental services company, through its facilities in Alabama, New York and Ontario Canada, provides decontamination and recycling of obsolete and PCB contaminated electrical equipment and metals.

Meet the Executive Team

Gerald A. Habib

Gerald Habib has key management and Board Advisory experience as well as being an experienced business development executive who works directly on assignments to provide insight and perspective. Gerald also has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from CCNY, an MBS in FInance from NYU, and years of process, design, global licensing and startup experience in various chemical technologies.

Gerald has worked with over 50 multinational companies, privately held companies, investment bankers and financial institutions on a variety of assignments from conference calls to detailed growth teamwork and market and product studies. He has also participated in acquisition screening of over 100 specialty chemical companies and acted as advisors on the acquisition and sale of small chemical businesses. chemical businesses. Recently, he has been involved in various solar and energy storage technologies in an executive capacity and was COO of a $30 million specialty hazardous waste company.
